I love to use computer-controlled tools for precision, repeatability, and speed when creating things but that’s just one aspect of Making, Design is another. Design is a process requiring consideration of Functionality and Aesthetics at every step and it’s one of my favourite things. Working for decades as an Animator has taught me much about visually pleasing design and I hope shows through in all the things I create.
Making with Lasers and CNC Routers requires well-made and organized CAD files. I can create these based on your concept or you can provide them fully realized. Sharing these design stages and working with clients for approvals before any cutting occurs is all part of the process.

I also create Vector Illustrations for various purposes and sometimes just for fun. Did I mention I’m also an Animator?
Creating cool things with computer-controlled tools is all good but sometimes I just like to make something by hand with simple tools. Bone, Amber, and Alabaster are my favourites to work with.
